01
Connect your channels
Email (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Zoho, or any IMAP/SMTP mailbox), WhatsApp, calendars, and social pages connect through secure, provider-standard authorization. Credentials are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
02
AI classifies and drafts
Every inbound email and WhatsApp message is classified — lead, appointment request, general inquiry, complaint, and more — with a confidence score. Where a reply is warranted, a draft is prepared.
03
Bounded autonomy, or human review
A low-risk category you've explicitly enabled on a connected Gmail account can send automatically once the AI is confident. On WhatsApp, a simple greeting gets an instant automatic reply. Everything else — every other category, every other provider, anything uncertain — waits in your approval queue.
04
Escalation, where it's needed
A complaint, high urgency with negative sentiment, or anything outside a trusted category routes straight to a dedicated escalation queue built for a person to take over immediately.
05
Leads, appointments, and the timeline update
Classified messages and website inquiries automatically populate leads and appointment requests, and every channel's activity for a contact lands in one unified customer timeline.
06
Categories graduate as they prove themselves
A track record of accurate, low-risk sends can graduate a category to a higher trust tier — evidence-based, reversible, and always scoped to that one category, never a blanket switch.
